Overall honest, straight forward, and communicative every step of the way.”

Michael Ogilvie, Partner at OCo Capital Management, commented that “it was an absolute pleasure working with Rudy and the SBDA team. I’ve bought many businesses in the past and I can say that Rudy did a great job for his client in this transaction. Rudy ran a robust, competitive process and was also fair and very reasonable to deal with from a buyers standpoint.  We couldn’t be more excited about the company and our post-close value creation plan.”
