Small Business Deal Advisors, LLC is delighted to announce the sale of its client, America’s Swimming Pool of Northwest Arkansas, to individual investors.
America’s Swimming Pool of Northwest Arkansas is a pool repair, maintenance, and renovation services company based in Bentonville, Arkansas. The Company extends its services to customers in Benton, Washington, Crawford, and Madison counties.
Established in 2018 by Frank Sanchez, the Company became a trusted pool service provider in the local area. Seeking to pursue other business ventures, Frank engaged Small Business Deal Advisors to assist with the sale of the Company.
Frank stated, “I extend my gratitude to Mr. Doug Yntema for his invaluable support throughout this transaction. I take pride in the substantial growth this business has achieved over the last 6 years, and I look forward to witnessing its continued expansion under the ownership of Nate and Ryan.”
The new owners, Nate and Ryan Nead, are experienced entrepreneurs, having founded and ran businesses together over the last two decades. Ryan most recently served as the Vice President of Sales for DEV.co, a software development company, while Nate holds the position of CEO at seo.co.
Ryan will be relocating from El Paso, Texas to Bentonville, Arkansas to oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, while Nate will assume an administrative and marketing role aimed at further growing the business.
