Over the years, the Company has developed a strong customer base due to its exceptional recipes and commitment to using high-quality ingredients. Cookies By Design services West Michigan, Central Michigan, and Northern Michigan, offering same-day delivery and nationwide shipping.
The prior owner, Rachel Berg, acquired the Business in 2018 and, after five years of owning and operating the Company, was seeking to sell in order to relocate her residence.
Small Business Deal Advisors provided Cookies by Design with their extensive expertise through every step of the sale process. This included creating promotional materials, executing extensive marketing campaigns, consulting during negotiations, due diligence, and closing the deal.
