Founded in 2010 by Dave Drees, Olive Cart is a specialty olive oil retail shop with locations in South Haven and St. Joseph, Michigan. Inspired by his passion for healthy and delicious cooking, Dave established the Company to offer exceptional culinary products. After thirteen years of growing the business into the success that it is today, Dave decided it was time to sell in order to transition into retirement. He engaged Small Business Deal Advisors to assist with the sale of the Company.

Olive Cart was purchased by an individual investor, Ellie Nikolić of Allendale, Michigan. Ellie has spent most of her career working as a broker in the foodservice industry. Her drive to purchase Olive Cart came from her entrepreneurial spirit and love for specialty foods and unique flavors.
“I still remember the first time I visited a store similar to Olive Cart; I could have stayed for hours and loved the immersive experience. As an entrepreneur at heart, the opportunity to acquire Olive Cart felt like the perfect way to blend two of my greatest passions,” commented Ellie Nikolić.
