Founded in 1930, Rinzema Greenhouse is a wholesale florist that specializes in growing and selling annuals and seasonal potted plants. The Company’s customers include farmers markets, garden centers, grocery stores, and other small distributors. Rinzema Greenhouse primarily services Michigan, but also maintains a few long-standing accounts in Iowa and Tennessee.

Rinzema Greenhouse has been a family owned and operated business since its inception 93 years ago. In 1988, Michael Rinzema took the reins from his father, marking the start of his 35-year leadership alongside his wife, Jane. After over three decades of hard work, the couple decided it was time to embark on their well-deserved retirement. Michael and Jane engaged Small Business Deal Advisors to assist with the sale of the Company.

Rinzema Greenhouse was acquired by an individual investor. He will be working alongside Michael and Jane to learn the ins and outs of the business over the coming year.
