Small Business Deal Advisors is pleased to announce the acquisition of Sheridan Tire & Auto Services of Sheridan, Michigan, by a local buyer.
Sheridan Tire & Auto Services is a family-owned business with over two decades of expertise in auto repair. The Company serves Sheridan, Stanton, Edmore, Howard City, Cedar Springs, Greenville, Belding, Ionia, Ithaca, and the surrounding areas.
The previous owner enlisted the services of The Towner Team, a commercial real estate and business brokerage firm based in West Michigan, to facilitate the sale of the business. Jerry Towner and Danielle Lopez lead the transaction.
Jackie Field, a Reed City, Michigan native and army veteran, engaged Small Business Deal Advisors to navigate the acquisition of Sheridan Tire & Auto Services. SBDA Associate, Scott Nicholson, played a pivotal role in guiding Jackie through the process, culminating in the successful execution of a signed Letter of Intent to purchase the Company.
Effective December 29, 2023, Jackie officially assumed ownership of Sheridan Tire & Auto Servies. When asked about her experience working with Scott Nicholson, she responded, “Scott was responsive, honest, and maintained a strong point of contact through the process. I’d like to thank him for his help in completing this transaction.”
